Ces nouvelles exigences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9battues lors du dernier salon newyorkais Retail\u2019s Big Show organis\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e par la National Retail Federation (NRF) qui regroupe les plus grands distributeurs et enseignes am\u00e9ricains. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 du 12 au 14 janvier 2020 a attir\u00e9 une foule de 40 000 professionnels venus du monde entier. De nombreuses technologies et initiatives portant sur les services de <strong>livraison \u00e0 domicile<\/strong>, sur le \u00ab&nbsp;pick-up in store&nbsp;\u00bb, sur les \u00e9changes de produits inter magasins pour satisfaire la demande et ne rater aucune vente y ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9s. D\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0, les grands acteurs am\u00e9ricains ont pris une longueur d\u2019avance. Dix des enseignes am\u00e9ricaines les plus importantes proposent ainsi des d\u00e9lais de <strong>livraison<\/strong> inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 deux jours selon une \u00e9tude du cabinet Kurt Salmon. Lors du dernier Black Friday, \u00e9v\u00e9nement phare du commerce Outre-Atlantique, 88% des commandes en \u00ab&nbsp;click and collect&nbsp;\u00bb (ou BOPIS \u00ab\u00a0Buy On line and Pick Up In Store\u00a0\u00bb) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9es \u00e0 temps, contre 72% en 2018. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entrep\u00f4ts de stockage automatis\u00e9s au c\u0153ur des villes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour optimiser encore ces temps d\u2019ex\u00e9cution, plusieurs startups \u00e0 l\u2019instar de Fabric (anciennement connue sous le nom de CommonSense Robotics) ou de Takeoff Technologies qui exposaient \u00e0 New York investissent ce march\u00e9. La premi\u00e8re <strong>cr\u00e9e des entrep\u00f4ts de stockage enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9s implant\u00e9s directement au c\u0153ur de la ville<\/strong> pour livrer les commandes alimentaires en moins d&rsquo;une heure. Elle a annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019elle ouvrirait cette ann\u00e9e deux nouveaux centres \u00e0 Manhattan pour servir de multiples clients du secteur alimentaire et compte 14 sites am\u00e9ricains en d\u00e9veloppement. La seconde d\u00e9veloppe une solution robotis\u00e9e pour les commandes alimentaires pouvant \u00eatre situ\u00e9e au plus pr\u00e8s du client pour diminuer consid\u00e9rablement les co\u00fbts du <strong>dernier kilom\u00e8tre<\/strong> et assurer les commandes en seulement 5 minutes. L\u2019entreprise fournit notamment ses centres de micro-r\u00e9alisation au distributeur am\u00e9ricain Albertsons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Machine learning et robots pour des stations de livraisons intelligentes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hui Cheng, le directeur du centre de recherche JDX\nSilicon Valley de JD.com, a pour sa part racont\u00e9 comment il utilisait les technologies\ntelles que l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle, les robots de <strong>livraison<\/strong>\nautonomes et comment il construisait des stations de <strong>livraison<\/strong> intelligentes\ndans plusieurs villes de Chine pour rendre \u00e9galement la <strong>livraison du<\/strong> <strong>dernier\nkilom\u00e8tre<\/strong> plus efficace, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire le jour m\u00eame ou le lendemain pour\nenviron 90 % de ses commandes dans toute la Chine. Frayt Technologies a d\u00e9voil\u00e9\nsa plate-forme \u00ab&nbsp;conviviale&nbsp;\u00bb d&rsquo;exp\u00e9dition et de <strong>livraison<\/strong> de\nporte \u00e0 porte et de logistique inverse pour les retours, \u00e0 la demande, qui met\nles exp\u00e9diteurs directement en contact avec les chauffeurs.
